COVID-19 Safety During Your Appointment

All patients will be asked to wear a mask and be screened for symptoms prior to entering the building. Please call to cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms.

Although our building is a Post-Acute Care facility, our Outpatient Therapy Patients will enter directly into the therapy gym and will not walk through the rest of the building. Social distancing protocols are observed and our equipment is cleaned thoroughly between patients.
